John W. Jonap

John W. Jonap has been practicing law in the state of Georgia for many years. Mr. Jonap has helped hundreds of Atlanta area residents and businesses to successfully win cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, tractor trailer wrecks, auto collisions and motorcycle crashes resulting in catastrophic injuries. In addition, Mr. Jonap has been a wonderful advocate for clients suffering from nursing home abuse and neglect and Medical Malpractice. 

Prior to his practice in Georgia, Mr. Jonap worked for the New York Law Firm of Siben & Siben. Once in Atlanta, he practiced Law with Don C. Keenan. Mr. Jonap also worked for the Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs and The US Small Business Administration in Atlanta. 

Since then, he formed the Firm of Siler & Jonap, a State-wide Law Firm, and has been practicing as Jonap & Associates, P.C. since, where he has recovered in excess of $100 Million for his clients, including a $3.3 Million verdict, one of the highest Nursing Home verdicts in Georgia.

Mr. Jonap also was instrumental in the litigation of several class action law suits, the most notable being: Pedicle Screws, Dalkon Shield and Breast Implants. He has worked with clients in 38 states, support groups and presented seminars for the victims of these Product Liability Cases.

Mr. Jonap's son Jeffrey has now taken over primary management of the Firm, and John has become Of Counsel.
